We know a number of NSCAD students are facing financial challenges due to the global pandemic.
In response, NSCAD University created the NSCAD Student Emergency Fund, which will disburse emergency bursaries to our students who need extra financial support during this time. Thanks to the amazing donor response for assistance, NSCAD is now able to increase the number of students eligible for the grant.
NSCAD students can apply to the Student Emergency Fund at https://forms.nscad.ca/login. Applicants will be asked to voluntarily declare their eligibility for this fund, and to disclose if they have accessed Federal Government programs such as the Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB) and the Canada Emergency Student Benefit (CESB).
Additional funding opportunities
There are a number of assistance programs available to students during this time, both internally at NSCAD and externally through the provincial and federal governments. Click on any of the links below for more information on how these programs can be accessed.
