In this Adobe Illustrator course, you will learn how to use vectors to create high quality illustrations, logos, and other custom artwork. This is an entry-level Illustrator class, and introduces you to the power of the Pen tool, how to transform existing shapes, and how to add colour to drawn objects. You will also use layers to organize your artwork, and explore the options for exporting and printing your Illustrator files. Tuition includes 10 weeks of access to computers outside of class time in cooperation with NSCAD University’s Multimedia Staff. Please bring a Mac-compatible USB Drive to class. This course qualifies as part of the Certificate in Digital Media.
