Jewellery II

Description

Students will broaden their knowledge in jewellery making by further exploring techniques learned in Introduction to Jewellery Making, and learning new techniques of higher skill. Demos will be given on new techniques such as hydraulic press forming, inlay and fold forming.Exploration and development of personal designs are encouraged in consultation with the instructor. Tuition includes some supplies and the use of jewellery tools, students are responsible for providing their own silver. Bring notebook, pen, dust mask (N95) to first class. Prerequisite: Introduction to Jewellery Making or equivalent.
