Art and Math

Description

This course will explore the powerful relationship between mathematical concepts and principles, and artistic creation. Art reveals math; math reveals art. These cross-disciplinary lessons will cover topics such as geometry, calculus, and algebra, alongside technical perspective and still life drawing. Students can go on to become architects, teachers, animators, motion designers, creative directors, and more.

This course is hosted online. As such, students are required to have access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access during class time. Access to a web camera and microphone is strongly recommended. Additional materials required.
