Description

In this summer camp students will learn different clay techniques such as: pinching, coiling, slab building, carving, texturing and throwing on the potters wheel. Students will use these skills to create many different items; there are no limitations to what they can make or create. The class will focus on functional objects as well as sculptural art pieces, and will provide an exciting experience of the fundamentals and nature of clay. Everyone will have many pieces to take home and be proud of for years to come.
